Terms and Conditions
Shipment
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. We will ship accepted orders quick but at the latest within 14 days, unless the customer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
Transport
PostNL offers a second delivery in case of absence and 7 working days for the consumer to collect the parcel at the local post office. For customers from the EU delivery can take a few days. You can follow the parcel with the track&trace you’ve received via email.
We are not liable for delays, theft or damage during transport by any postal service and incorrectly entered addresses.
Smaller original drawings are shipped in a protective cardboard wrapping. If the goods would have arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt and in the meanwhile, keep the complete packaging. The postal company needs photos of this for the claim of damages.
Payment
Debit card, credit card or PayPal: please follow the on-line instructions. The customer has the obligation to immediately report inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated to us.
The prices stated in the offer of products include VAT.
Withdrawal
When purchasing products, you have the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons during 14 days. You must make this known by means of the model form or by means of another means of communication, such as by e-mail. This 14 days period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. If you make use of their right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if possible – in the original condition and packaging to us.
After you have indicated that you wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, please return the product within 14 days. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
If you have not indicated that you wishe to make use of the right of withdrawal or have failed to return the product to us, the purchase is a fact.
Right of withdrawal
The costs of return will be for your account.
If you have paid for a product, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by us or conclusive proof of return can be submitted. In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the customer, the customer is liable for any loss in value of the product.
